ALEXIS ROCHELLE RIVERS

Hello, I’m Alexis Rochelle Rivers, founder of 12 30 Events & Photos in Jacksonville, FL. I offer public-facing mobile notary services with a professional, friendly approach for clients who need support with important documents and meaningful life events.

My notary services include assistance with legal documents, marriage licenses, and real estate documents. I also provide flexible mobile, remote, and retail service options to help make the process more convenient for the people I serve.

In addition to notary work, I bring experience as a wedding officiant, celebrant, event professional, and photographer. Through 12 30 Events & Photos, I enjoy helping clients handle both official paperwork and special occasions with care, organization, and attention to detail.
