Hello, I’m Althea Redd, a commissioned Notary Public in Tennessee and owner of ACR Mobile Notary Service and Wedding Officiant. Based in Cleveland, TN, I provide friendly, accurate, and professional mobile notary services throughout the Chattanooga/Cleveland area and many parts of eastern Tennessee.

I started my business to make notarization fit real life, not just business hours. I can meet clients at a home, office, hospital, jail facility, or another convenient location, and I offer 24-hour mobile service when scheduling allows. My services include general notarization, wedding officiant services, hospital signings, and jail signings, supported by email, internet access, and mobile hotspot capability.

Before becoming a notary, I worked as a Certified Caregiver, which gave me valuable experience, patience, and empathy, especially when assisting seniors. My goal is to make important paperwork feel less intimidating and help each signing move forward with precision and ease.
