Amber A Altizer

I’m Amber A Altizer, a mobile notary and signing agent based in Kingsport, TN, serving clients through A+ Agent LLC. I provide professional, friendly support for a range of notarization needs, with options for both in-person and online notarization when appropriate.

My services include mobile notary appointments, remote notarization, loan signing, mortgage-related notarizations, buyer and seller documents, affidavits, and powers of attorney. I understand that many documents are time-sensitive, especially real estate and lending paperwork, so I focus on being prepared, attentive, and careful throughout each appointment.

Whether you need help with a signing package, an individual notarial act, or documents that require convenient mobile service, I aim to make the process clear and efficient while maintaining a professional experience from start to finish.
