I am highly experienced with purchase, sale, refinance, and home equity line of credit loan packages, and I am very familiar with all documents typically included in a complete signing set. I clearly and calmly explain the purpose and general nature of each document, and I help signers locate the forms that address their specific concerns while always remaining within notarial guidelines.

I accept email document packages and am knowledgeable with PCORs, 1003s, Grant Deeds, vesting, Estimated Settlement Statements, HUDs, Notes, Deeds of Trust, riders, 1099s, Right to Cancel forms, and Owner’s Affidavits. I carry $1,000,000 in E&O insurance and maintain an active California commission through 2027.
