Amy Goetz

Hello, I’m Amy Goetz, an office manager and closing officer with Mid-American Title in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. I help clients navigate important real estate and title-related transactions with a steady, professional approach and attention to detail.

My work centers on supporting notary services, real estate closings, title insurance, and escrow needs. I understand that these matters often involve major personal or business decisions, so I strive to make each step feel clear, organized, and well managed.

Clients can expect a friendly, practical experience whether they are finalizing a closing, handling title documentation, or seeking notary support through a local office familiar with the Sault Ste. Marie community.
