Amy Towey

I’m Amy Towey, a Carlsbad, CA escrow branch manager and senior escrow officer with Fidelity National Title. My official Fidelity National Title profile lists Notary Public services, and I bring a practical escrow background to clients who need careful, professional support with important documents and real estate-related transactions.

My work centers on escrow services, resale transactions, and retail real estate support. I’m comfortable helping clients, agents, and transaction partners navigate details with a steady, organized approach. Whether the need involves notary services connected to an escrow file or support through a resale transaction, I aim to make the process clear, efficient, and handled with attention to accuracy.

I serve clients in and around Carlsbad, California, combining notary availability with senior escrow experience and the resources of Fidelity National Title.
