Andrew Peck

I'm Andrew Peck, a Woodstock, NY-area broker and notary public with Teran Realty, serving real estate clients throughout Ulster County. My work is centered on helping clients navigate important property-related paperwork with a steady, professional approach.

As a notary public, I assist with notarizations connected to real estate documents and related transactions. I understand how important accuracy, timing, and clear communication can be when documents are part of a real estate matter, and I aim to make the notarization step straightforward and dependable.

Based in Woodstock, I bring local knowledge and a client-focused perspective to each appointment. Whether supporting buyers, sellers, or other real estate clients, I strive to provide friendly, attentive service while keeping the process organized and professional.
