My name is Angela Cook, owner of On Your Mark Mobile Notary and Livescan, serving Chico, CA and the surrounding area. I am a California Certified Notary Public (Commission #2412056, exp. 08/28/2026) and Certified Loan Signing Agent with over 8,000 real estate packages signed and thousands of additional notarial acts completed since 2014. I am background screened annually by the DOJ, FBI, and National Notary Association, and I am also an NNA-certified and 123Notary Elite Signing Agent.

I handle a wide range of documents, including powers of attorney, estate and trust documents, contracts, affidavits, and more. My services include mobile loan signings, hospital signings, fingerprinting as a DOJ-approved Livescan Operator, and secure document handling using laser printing, fax, email, and mobile hotspot capabilities.

In addition, I am an ordained minister offering inclusive wedding officiant services for any two people who love each other and wish to marry. With a background in social work leadership, small business ownership, and yoga instruction, I bring professionalism, calm, and strong people skills to every appointment.
