ANICE NOTARY SERVICES LLC

Anice Notary Services LLC is an Ohio-licensed notary service based in Plain City, OH, serving Franklin, Union, Delaware, and Madison counties. I bring five years of notary experience, NNA and LSS certification, and more than 450 completed closings to each appointment.

I provide professional, punctual, and respectful support for title companies, lenders, and individuals, with a focus on protecting each client’s privacy and rights. My services include general notarization, mobile and remote appointments, e-sign support, hospital signings, and jail signings. I also have a laser printer and carry $200,000 in E&O coverage.

Before becoming a full-time notary and signing agent, I worked as a special education teacher. That background continues to shape my work with compassion, patience, and kindness.
