Hi, I’m Anita Lyons, office manager at Freedom Settlement Services LLC in Wytheville, VA. I support clients with professional notary services as part of a settlement and title business, helping make important paperwork and closing-related needs feel more organized and approachable.

My work includes notary services, title searches, settlement closings, and both on-site and off-site closings. I also assist with retail needs connected to our office services. Whether I’m helping with documents, coordinating details for a closing, or supporting the title process, I focus on being dependable, clear, and attentive to each client’s situation.
