Ann Marie McCarthy

I am Ann Marie McCarthy with the Township of Franklin Clerk's Office, offering official notary public services to the public in Somerset, New Jersey. Our office provides a professional municipal setting for notarial needs by appointment during regular municipal business hours.

Through the Clerk's Office, I assist with official notary public services, including the administration of oaths and related municipal clerk services. I aim to make each appointment clear, respectful, and efficient, helping residents and visitors complete their notary needs with care and attention to detail.

Whether you are seeking assistance connected to township services or need a standard notarial act handled through the Clerk's Office, I provide friendly support in a public office environment.
