Anne Fields

My name is Anne Fields, and I am a full-time loan closer and notary based in Brownsburg, Indiana, serving all counties throughout the state for a negotiated fee. With 16 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I bring a deep understanding of the loan process from start to finish, having worked as a Loan Originator, Senior Processor, and Loan Closer.

Over the course of my career, I have successfully closed more than 10,000 loans. I am Pavaso certified for e-closings, Fidelity approved, and carry a $100,000 E&O policy for your protection. I am also proud to serve as an NNA Ambassador and conference speaker, and I actively advocate for and support new loan signing agents entering the business.

I am committed to accuracy, professionalism, and a smooth signing experience for every client I serve.
