Aundrea Kellen

Hello, I’m Aundrea Kellen, an Iowa Realty Beaverdale agent serving the Des Moines, IA metro area. My public profile lists notary services as one of my specialties, and I’m glad to help clients and community members who need a professional, friendly notary resource.

My work is closely connected to real estate, so I’m especially comfortable assisting with real estate documents and related signing needs. I also serve nearby and service-area communities, including Altoona, and bring a practical, client-focused approach to each appointment.

Whether you are coordinating paperwork for a property transaction or need general retail notary support, I aim to make the process clear, organized, and respectful of your time.
