Barb Sailer

I’m Barb Sailer, a Manchester, IA-based real estate broker with Homefront Realty, and my public profile lists notary work as one of my specialties. I bring a practical, client-focused approach to notarization, especially for people handling property-related paperwork and other everyday documents.

My background in real estate helps me understand the importance of accuracy, timing, and clear communication when documents need to be signed and notarized. I’m comfortable assisting with notary services, real estate documents, and document needs connected to retail settings.

I aim to make each appointment professional, straightforward, and friendly, while helping signers feel prepared and respected throughout the process. Whether you are working through real estate paperwork or need a notary for a routine transaction, I bring local knowledge and attentive service to each signing.
