BARBARA MADARAS

My name is BARBARA MADARAS, and I am a New Mexico commissioned notary based in Albuquerque. I bring 22 years of experience as a Realtor (2002–2024), during which I participated in 260 real estate closings—131 representing buyers and 129 representing sellers. I’ve also been a party to several closings myself, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the process from every side.

Having heard closing and loan documents explained hundreds of times, I am extremely familiar with the paperwork involved in real estate transactions and loans from a wide variety of lenders. That background allows me to guide signers calmly and efficiently through their documents while maintaining strict professionalism and attention to detail.
