Barry Berlin

My name is Barry Berlin, owner of Surella Signing Services, LLC, and a commissioned Ohio notary (License RE-815499, exp. 6/4/2030) based in Orange, OH. I have completed more than 450 signings, including buyer, seller, cash buyer, refinance, HELOC, trust, and commercial transactions throughout northeast Ohio.

I bring over 40 years of senior and VP-level sales experience in the consumer products industry, where I managed up to $100M in annual revenue and worked closely with corporate buyers at major U.S. retailers. That background shaped my strong work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, and meticulous attention to detail at every signing.

I am a National Notary Association background-screened and trained certified loan signing agent, with an additional Ohio BCI background check and $100,000 in E&O insurance. I am available on short notice and serve Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Portage, and Summit counties, equipped with email access and a laser printer for timely, accurate document handling.
