Benjamin Brainis

My name is Benjamin Brainis, a Louisiana Notary with statewide jurisdiction based in Metairie and owner of Parish Notary. I am an NNA Certified Signing Agent, an NNA and LNA member, and I maintain a clean background check and E&O insurance for your protection. With experience closing over 10,000 real estate transactions, I handle a wide range of documents including wills, mandates, auto transactions, and more.

As a mobile notary, I travel anywhere in Louisiana and offer mobile printing for added convenience. I also provide national notary capability where permitted.

• Real estate closings, living trusts, and powers of attorney
• Legal and financial affidavits, business forms, and contracts
• Apostille services, bills of sale and car titles, and parental consent for travel

I also serve retail clients and can assist Spanish-speaking signers. I look forward to providing professional, reliable notary services wherever you need me in Louisiana.
