Beth Davis

I’m Beth Davis with EMD Settlement Group, Inc., serving Virginia Beach, VA and the surrounding area. I provide professional mobile notary and notary signing services with a focus on secure, dependable document handling. My work supports clients who need convenient assistance with important paperwork, including wills, powers of attorney, affidavits, and real estate transactions.

I understand that many notarizations are time-sensitive and personal, so I aim to make the process clear, organized, and respectful from start to finish. Whether you need mobile service at a convenient location or support in a retail setting, I bring a careful, service-focused approach to each appointment.
