My name is Bill Ayers, and I am a full-time commissioned Notary Public in Newman, California (CA commission #2468364, exp. 11/21/2027). I first became a notary in 2008, returned to the construction field for several years, and then transitioned fully into notary work after retiring in 2019.

Since going full-time, I have completed close to 1,000 signings, primarily refinance packages, along with buyer/seller documents and a variety of other loan and general notary signings. I particularly enjoy early morning appointments and take pride in being punctual, prepared, and respectful of my clients’ time.

I am a Certified Signing Agent and use modern tools to keep signings running smoothly, including email, reliable internet, a laser printer, and a mobile hotspot for on-the-go document access. I truly enjoy meeting new people and hearing their life stories while helping them complete important transactions with confidence.
