Bill Memorial Library provides Notary Public Services for patrons in Groton, CT. Notary service is offered by appointment and is available on a limited schedule, with appointments not scheduled within one hour of the library’s closing time.

Patrons should bring acceptable identification so identity can be positively established. If a document requires witnesses, patrons are responsible for providing their own witnesses. The notary must witness the patron signing the document, so documents should not be signed ahead of the appointment.
