Bill Van Eck

My name is Bill Van Eck, and I am a commissioned California Notary Public (Commission #2529412, exp. 08/08/2029) based in Fairfield, CA. Through my business, Bear State Notary, I provide reliable, professional notary services tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and businesses in the local community.

I understand that important documents don’t always fit into a 9–5 schedule, so I offer flexible, 24-hour availability, including hospital signings for clients who need service at medical facilities. With secure internet access and a laser printer, I can efficiently handle and prepare documents to help ensure a smooth signing experience.

Whether you’re finalizing personal paperwork or completing time-sensitive business documents, I focus on accuracy, convenience, and a calm, professional approach at every appointment.
