Blair Stacks of Rain City Notary is a Washington notary public and certified signing agent based in Seattle, WA. I provide professional, friendly notary support with mobile appointments available throughout Seattle, the Eastside, and Snohomish County.

I help clients with a range of common notarization needs, including loan signings, real estate deeds, powers of attorney, trusts, and I-9 forms. Whether you need mobile service at a convenient location or prefer a retail-style appointment setting, I aim to make the process clear, efficient, and comfortable from start to finish.

My focus is on dependable service, careful document handling, and a smooth signing experience for individuals, families, real estate clients, and businesses across the greater Seattle area.
