Bohdan Tereshchuk

My name is Bohdan Tereshchuk, a California commissioned Notary Public (CA #2495234, exp. 07/21/2028) and certified loan signing agent based in Roseville, CA. I am tri-lingual in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, allowing me to clearly guide a wide range of clients through their important documents.

I specialize in real estate loan packages, including purchases, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, sales, and the various forms needed to complete a real estate transaction. I work closely with escrow and title companies, as well as lenders, and I keep a mobile laser printer and hotspot in my vehicle so I can handle last-minute documents on the go.

I provide professional mobile notary services throughout Placer, Sacramento, El Dorado, Yolo Counties and surrounding areas, including time-sensitive signings in hospitals and jails, with flexible availability to meet your closing needs.
