Hello, I’m Brandi Milliner, owner of BRANDIS Mobile Notary in Bardstown, Kentucky. I am a Kentucky commissioned notary, with my license active through 2/16/2030, and I have been working as a Loan Signing Agent since 2019.

I am NNA certified, have completed extensive loan signing courses, and carry $100,000 in E&O insurance. I take pride in helping clients move through the closing process with professionalism, accuracy, and a friendly smile. I triple-check my work to help prevent mistakes and support a smooth, stress-free close.

I provide mobile notary and loan signing services in Bardstown and travel to Hardin, Marion, Spencer, Bullitt, Jefferson, Washington, and Laurel counties. My experience includes refinance, buyer and seller packages, HELOC, assumption, and reverse mortgage signings. I also have a laser printer, internet access, email capability, and a mobile scanner for prompt scan backs and delivery.
