I’m Brenda Benavides, a certified and insured mobile Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent based in Plano, Texas, serving Frisco and the surrounding DFW area through Brenda INK Notary. I am licensed in Texas through May 9, 2027, and bring more than 8 years of residential mortgage underwriting experience to every appointment.

I work with title companies, attorneys, lenders, real estate professionals, and private clients, with experience in refinance, purchase, seller, HELOC, cash, and investor loan packages, including conventional, jumbo, and non-QM files. My focus is accurate document execution, clear communication, notary compliance, and calm, fundable signings.

I offer mobile, remote, RON-capable, hospital, and jail signing services, with standard, after-hours, weekend, and 24-hour availability. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and strive to make every signing professional, punctual, and stress-free.
