I’m Brian Klein, founder and owner of Blue Ink Signings LLC in Reading, PA. As an active Pennsylvania notary and Certified Loan Signing Agent, I help clients coordinate dependable notary support for real estate, legal, financial, and general document needs.

I have closed thousands of loan transactions and provide notary services around Greater Reading and Berks County, with experience supporting buyer and seller closings, refinances, HELOCs, estate planning documents, trusts, I-9 forms, apostille-related requests, and other notarizations.

Through Blue Ink Signings, I also assist with nationwide notary scheduling, including locating and securing mobile notaries, managing signing orders, and coordinating document scanning and shipping when needed.
