Brian Reyes

My name is Brian Reyes, owner of Brian Reyes Mobile Notary, proudly serving Redding, CA and the surrounding area. I am a California commissioned Notary Public through July 2029, an NNA-certified Loan Signing Agent, and a graduate of both Notary2Pro and the Loan Signing System. Ongoing education is a priority for me, and I stay current on all documents typically found in loan packages.

I am highly detail oriented and triple-check every signing for accuracy, completeness, and proper execution. I carefully guide borrowers through their loan documents, helping them feel at ease and confident that they understand their terms and what they are signing. I ensure all forms, including the PCOR and other critical documents, are fully completed at the table, and I handle fax-backs promptly. FedEx and UPS drop-offs are made the same day to keep your transactions on schedule.

I understand that my work reflects on everyone involved in the loan process, and I am committed to error-free signings, professionalism, and treating all parties with kindness and respect.
