Brittany Lemire

My name is Brittany Lemire, and I am an experienced Escrow Officer and notary based in Lake Worth, FL. I handle real estate closings every day, so I’m very familiar with all the documents involved in a closing transaction and what lenders and title companies expect.

I carefully review every package twice before scanning or sending via FedEx to help prevent funding conditions, missed signatures, or delays. I’m comfortable walking sellers and borrowers through their documents clearly and efficiently, ensuring they understand what they are signing while keeping the process smooth and professional.

Key capabilities:

• Experienced with full closing packages, including detailed forms such as the 1003
• Equipped with laser printer, fax, email, internet, and mobile hotspot for flexible signings
• Available for hospital signings and other off-site appointments

I proudly serve clients throughout Palm Beach County and Broward County.
