Hello, I’m Candace Russell, a commissioned notary serving Matthews, North Carolina. I have been a North Carolina notary since 2004, and I am also commissioned as an E-notary and certified as a Notary Signing Agent. My North Carolina notary commission is current through October 12, 2029.

In addition to my notary work, I bring a strong legal background as a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal, Advanced Certified Paralegal, and former Senior Paralegal with more than 20 years of litigation experience. For approximately 10 years, I managed high-volume mortgage litigation for lenders and loan servicers.
