Hello, I’m Carla Barina, a settlement agent with Colonial Title Company in Gun Barrel City, TX. I am listed as a commissioned traditional notary, and I provide professional support for clients who need dependable in-person notarization and settlement-related services.

My work includes traditional notarization, loan closing, residential purchasing, and title settlements. I’m also familiar with retail-related notarization needs and understand the importance of accuracy, clear communication, and a smooth signing experience.

I strive to make each appointment organized and approachable, whether you are completing documents for a home purchase, finalizing a loan closing, or handling title settlement paperwork. My goal is to help clients move through the signing process with confidence and professionalism.
