My background includes eight years as a legal administrative assistant for real estate attorneys Pennock and Cooper, working on SBA and commercial real estate loans. This experience makes me highly familiar with loan and real estate documents, including refinances, purchases, seller’s and buyer’s packages, loan modifications, and reverse mortgages. I am detail oriented and carefully review all documents twice before leaving the borrower to help ensure accuracy and a smooth closing.
