I’m Carolyn Bloom, a commissioned Texas notary and certified loan signing agent based in the Houston/Richmond area. I’m NNA and Loan Signing System certified, bonded, insured, and background screened, with more than four years of signing experience and over 1,000 successful closings completed.

My background includes eight years as a legal administrative assistant for real estate attorneys Pennock and Cooper, working on SBA and commercial real estate loans. This experience makes me highly familiar with loan and real estate documents, including refinances, purchases, seller’s and buyer’s packages, loan modifications, and reverse mortgages. I am detail oriented and carefully review all documents twice before leaving the borrower to help ensure accuracy and a smooth closing.

Operating as Texas Notary Lady, I provide mobile notary and loan signing services across Richmond, Houston, and surrounding counties, with flexible availability, including 24-hour service, and support for hospital signings when needed.
