My name is Chandie Kay Kent, and I am a commissioned Arkansas notary based in Yellville, AR, with my current commission active through 2034. I own and operate Impressons Notary Services and have been a notary since 2017. I began with general notary work and quickly developed a focus on last wills and testaments, estate documents, medical directives, palliative care paperwork, and final arrangement and disposition documents.

With a long background in property management, transitioning into loan signing work was a natural fit. I have experience with loan applications, refinances, purchases, sellers’ packages, HELOCs, loan modifications, reverse mortgages and reverse loan applications, debt settlements, lawsuits, split signings, and a wide range of general notary work. I also offer remote notary services when permitted.

I am highly detail-oriented and follow instructions closely, including ink color, initials, signatures, and lender- or title-specific forms. I come prepared with clipboards and special pens to accommodate seniors and signers with disabilities, and I maintain a professional appearance at every appointment. My goal is to create a calm, respectful, and team-focused signing experience where each signer feels heard, supported, and confident in the process.
