Chermaine Smith

Elite Notary Signing is a Georgia-based document-support service founded by Chermaine Smith, a Notary Public and Apostille Facilitator. It provides mobile notary and apostille facilitation for clients in Duluth and Metro Atlanta, as well as for eligible Georgia documents.

Services include general notarization, estate-planning document notarization, I-9 authorized representative support, remote online notarization, and wedding officiant or marriage-license signing services. The practice reviews each request to help clients identify the appropriate service path before documents are signed, submitted, mailed, or prepared for international use. Mobile and remote online options are available by service type.
