My name is Christopher Hall Bateman, and I am a Maryland-licensed Remote Online Notary, mobile notary, and Licensed Title Insurance Producer/TIPIC based in Baltimore, MD. I have been a commissioned Maryland Notary Public since 1987 and bring over 38 years of experience to every signing. I serve as a primary signing agent/closer for major clients including Ryan Homes/NV Homes, NVR Settlement Services (MD, DE, and PA divisions), and REDFIN/Title Forward. I am the former Maryland State TIPIC Committee Chairman for the Maryland Land Title Association (2013–2020) and have been an active MLTA member since 2012. My services include refinances, new construction purchases, loan modifications, reverse mortgages, HELOCs, deed filing/recording, and both Remote Online Notarization (RON) and hybrid e-signings.
