Cindy A. Chavez

I'm Cindy A. Chavez, a notary signing agent based in Albuquerque, NM, serving clients throughout the surrounding metro area. I am NNA certified, background-screened, and bonded, with a focus on accurate, professional mortgage closing support.

My experience includes residential loan signings and a range of real estate documents, including purchases, refinances, HELOCs, and second mortgage packages. I understand the importance of clear communication, attention to detail, and a smooth signing experience for borrowers, lenders, title teams, and real estate professionals.

Through Realty One of New Mexico, I bring a practical understanding of real estate transactions and a friendly, dependable approach to every appointment. I work to ensure documents are handled carefully and signers feel informed and comfortable throughout the process.
