My name is Cindy Sue Hart, and I am a Fidelity-approved Certified Notary Public and Signing Agent based in Cody, Wyoming. I am commissioned in Wyoming and Montana and serve both states as a mobile notary. I am also a RON/IPEN Signing Agent for any area while physically located in Wyoming, and a proud member of the National Notary Association.

I have been a Notary since 2004 and a certified signing agent since 2016, with more than 500 closings completed since 2020. My 12+ years of experience as a former realtor give me a strong background in real estate transactions, contracts, reverse mortgages, and loan closings. I regularly complete additional training, including classes from closing companies focused on reverse mortgage documents.

I travel throughout Wyoming and Montana, driving a 4-wheel-drive Jeep Gladiator so I can reach signings in challenging locations and weather. I am available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with flexibility for earlier or later appointments, and I always strive to be a reliable, professional part of your closing team.
