Codjo Dossou

I am Codjo Dossou, a Maryland Notary Public with Alsmart Consulting LLC, serving clients in Belcamp, Maryland, and surrounding areas. I provide dependable mobile notary services with a focus on accuracy, professionalism, and timely handling of documents.

As an experienced Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent, I specialize in loan document signings, including refinances, purchases, HELOCs, and seller packages. I understand how important smooth closings are, and I work carefully to help ensure documents are completed and returned on time.

I can assist with a range of notarization needs, including bill of sale and car title documents, business forms and contracts, legal or financial affidavits, and parental consent for travel. I also offer mobile and retail notary services, and I can assist French-speaking clients when needed.
