Constance Mason

Hello, I’m Constance Mason, a certified Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Agent with Sign and Seal VA, based in Richmond, Virginia. I am a commissioned Virginia Notary Public, with my current commission active through March 31, 2029.

With more than 14 years of experience as a paralegal, I bring a strong understanding of legal documents, confidentiality, organization, and accuracy to every appointment. Over the past two years, I have focused on professional notary and loan signing services, including real estate loan signings, general notarizations, hospital signings, and correctional facility notarizations.

I provide mobile notary service in English and come prepared with tools such as email, internet access, fax capability, a laser printer, and a mobile hotspot. My goal is to make each signing smooth, reliable, detail-oriented, and stress-free from start to finish.
