Corey Fou Chong

My name is Corey Fou Chong, and I am a commissioned Notary and Loan Signing Agent based in Harrisburg, PA, operating as CNC Notary Services. I am NNA and LSS certified, and I focus on detail, accuracy, and professionalism in every signing I complete.

I am experienced with a wide range of loan document types and understand the importance of clear explanations, proper execution, and timely return of documents. I also offer Remote Online Notarization (RON), providing convenient and secure virtual closings for clients who prefer or require remote service.

Equipped with a dual-tray printer and a mobile scanner, I can handle complex document packages and provide immediate scan-backs to meet tight deadlines. My goal is to ensure a smooth, stress-free signing experience for borrowers and precise, on-time results for title and signing companies.
