Cory Kozlovich

My name is Cory Kozlovich, and I am an NNA-certified Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent based in Mentor, Ohio, proudly serving Northeast Ohio and the greater Cleveland area. As an on-call mobile notary with CEK Enterprises, Inc., I travel to you for notarial acts and signings, often with as little as 30 minutes’ notice, allowing for document preparation and travel time.

I handle a wide range of work, from loan signings to high-value commercial and industrial transactions, including contracts and payment applications. My background in healthcare and clinical trials, along with recent graduate-level healthcare coursework, helps me navigate complex and sensitive documentation with accuracy and discretion.

Se habla español. I look forward to providing professional, reliable notary services tailored to your needs.
