My name is Cynthia Maupin, and I am a commissioned Maryland notary based in Pasadena, MD. I bring a strong professional background from respected health care organizations, including Johns Hopkins, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and North Carolina Public Safety. Throughout my career I have been recognized for Excellence in Customer Service, Excellence in Care, and as an Exceptional Team Player, and I carry those same standards into every notarization.

I provide general notary work as well as mobile and remote services, and I am NNA Certified and background screened, TIPIC licensed, and covered by E&O insurance. I also perform field inspections, hospital signings, and jail signings, supported by secure technology such as email, internet access, a laser printer, and a mobile hotspot.
