Damian Cortez

I’m Damian Cortez, a Kennebunk, Maine-based certified signing agent with Notary Associates, offering professional mobile notary and loan signing support. I provide reliable, detail-focused service for clients who need documents handled carefully, clearly, and on schedule.

My notary work includes support for loan document signings, real estate documents, powers of attorney, affidavits, and trusts. I understand that many notarizations involve important personal, financial, or property matters, so I aim to make each appointment efficient, organized, and comfortable.

Whether I’m assisting with a real estate closing package or a single document that needs notarization, I bring a friendly, professional approach and careful attention to the signing process.
