Dan Brogan

My name is Dan Brogan, and I am a commissioned Minnesota notary public and licensed closing agent based in Lakeville, MN, serving the southern suburbs of Minneapolis. I bring over 18 years of experience in the banking and finance industry with Charles Schwab, Green Tree Servicing, and Wells Fargo, where I focused on planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and detailed review of financial and legal documents. I earned my MBA in 2005 from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University.

I am a Certified Signing Agent and understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism at every signing. I offer flexible scheduling, including 24-hour service when needed, and I am equipped with a laser printer, mobile hotspot, and secure internet and email capabilities to support efficient, error-free signings and e-sign transactions.
