Darlene Renee Kelley

My name is Darlene Renee Kelley, and I am a commissioned Texas Notary Public based in Houston, Texas. As the owner of Affordable Mobile Notary & Apo, I focus on providing reliable, convenient, and professional notary services tailored to your schedule and location.

I understand that many signings are time-sensitive and often urgent, so I bring the notary office to you—whether at your home, workplace, or another agreed-upon location. My commission in Texas is active through 2028, and I take pride in handling each document with care, accuracy, and confidentiality.

As a mobile notary, I aim to make the notarization process as smooth and stress-free as possible, offering flexible availability and clear communication from start to finish.
