My name is Daun R. Troncin, and I am a commissioned Arizona notary based in Yuma with nearly 30 years of notarial experience. I own and operate Daun R Troncin LLC and have a deep background in finance and real estate, including 15 years as a finance manager for home dealerships and extensive work in the mortgage industry.

Over the years, I have held licenses to sell real estate, manufactured homes, and insurance, and I have served as both a loan originator and a mortgage broker. Since 2003, I have focused primarily on loan signings and have successfully completed approximately 3,000 signings.

Common services I provide include:

• Loan signings, legal and financial affidavits, and powers of attorney
• Living trusts, business forms, contracts, and bills of sale or car titles
• Parental consent for travel and other general notarizations, with mobile service available
