Dave Everett

My name is Dave Everett, and I am a California Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent based in Camarillo, California. Through my company, Ezra Apostille & Notary, I also serve as an experienced Apostille Agent, having processed more than 8,000 apostilles in all 50 states, for federal documents, and for all U.S. territories.

I work closely with a network of over 1,200 lawyers in more than 110 countries, helping clients navigate complex international document requirements with accuracy and efficiency. In addition to notary and apostille work, I provide:

• Translation services for a wide range of documents
• Ink-fingerprinting services
• Merchant and bookkeeping services to support businesses

I also train over 400 notaries nationwide on how to offer professional apostille services, sharing proven processes and best practices developed through years of hands-on experience.
