David Greenfield

My name is David Greenfield, and I own NotaryDoc Signing Service, a mobile notary and loan signing business based in San Francisco, CA. I am a commissioned California Notary Public (Commission #2482369, exp. 02/19/2028), bonded and insured with $1 million in errors and omissions coverage. The “doc” in NotaryDoc comes from my background as a retiring dentist, where precision, clear communication, and professionalism were essential every day.

I am NNA certified, trained in loan signings by the Loan Signing System, and available for loan signings, estate planning document notarizations, and general mobile notary work throughout the area, including hospitals and care facilities.

• Certified Signing Agent (CSA) with experience in a wide range of real estate and loan documents
• Equipped with a laser printer and mobile hotspot for accurate, on-the-go document handling
• Flexible scheduling, including 24-hour mobile notary and hospital signing services
