David Hommer

Hello, my name is David Hommer, and I am a commissioned Notary Signing Agent licensed in the State of Virginia. Based in Rice, Virginia, I provide remote online notary (RON) services only and do not offer in-person notarizations.

I primarily specialize in notarizing loan packages and work mainly through the notary service provider Proof.com. I can also assist with a range of other documents when remote notarization is appropriate, including legal or financial affidavits, powers of attorney, living trusts, business forms or contracts, bills of sale or car titles, parental consent for travel forms, and apostille-related services.

My goal is to make the online notarization process clear, efficient, and professional while helping clients complete their documents with care and attention to detail.
