David Nixon

I am David Nixon of Paragon Mobile Notaries LLC, a dependable Certified Signing Specialist based in Harris, Minnesota. I have held a notary commission since April 23, 2003, became a Certified Notary Signing Agent in December 2005, and have been an NNA member since October 24, 2005.

I focus on making each signing comfortable, professional, and well organized while maintaining the dignity of the occasion. As of January 1, 2024, I have completed more than 1,900 loan signings, including HELOCs, refinances, purchases, home equity loans, second mortgages, split packages, RESPA signings, loan modifications, loan applications, and reverse mortgages.

I serve Anoka, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Pine, Sherburne, and Washington counties, and I am willing to travel farther to outer counties. My services include mobile, remote, hospital, e-sign, EscrowTab IPEN, and general notarization support.
