Dawn Smith

My name is Dawn Smith, and I am a commissioned Texas Notary Public based in Seagoville, Texas. I proudly serve clients through my business, Country Girl Closings, offering reliable and professional notary services throughout the area.

Commissioned in Texas through 2029, I stay current with state requirements to ensure every document is handled accurately and in full compliance. I understand that many signers have busy schedules, so I provide mobile notary services, traveling to homes, offices, and agreed-upon public locations for added convenience.

I am committed to creating a smooth, stress-free signing experience, whether you’re finalizing personal documents or completing important real estate and loan paperwork. My goal is to be punctual, prepared, and respectful of your time while helping you complete your notarizations with confidence.
